Requested a quote to scrap my beloved Alfa (sad times...) online and received an email confirmation someone would be in touch. I received a call 30 mins later, with full instructions on what would happen and a preferred collection time, the day after. After a quick confirmation phone call on the day, the team turned up and took care of the paperwork, payment and loading of the car. All done in a friendly, cheerful and very efficient manner too.
